Homework:

- Late homework will not be accepted!
Exams:
- Make-up exams will only be given for a verified illness or
family emergency.
- If you must miss an exam, then the instructor must
be notified prior to the start of the exam!
- Exam Schedule:
- Midterm Exam 1: Friday, July 8
- Midterm Exam 2: Friday, July 22
- Final Exam: Friday, August 5
Grading System:
- Homework 10%, Lab 20%,
Midterm Exam 1 20%, Midterm Exam 2 20%, Final Exam 30%
- A grade of incomplete is only given when a small part of the course work
cannot be finished due to a verified illness or family emergency.
Academic Conduct:
- Cheating of any kind is extremely serious and may result in a course grade
of F and/or expulsion from the University!
Prerequisites:
- EE 2301 and familiarity with
a programming language such as C, C++, Java, etc.
Discussion Section:
- You must register for
the course number EE 0361.
Laboratories:
- You must register for one of the lab sections.
Labs will begin this week
- All labs
are held in EE/CS 2-182:
- Section 2: MW 12:20 - 2:15 PM
- Section 3: TuTh 12:20 - 2:15 PM
- A lab kit must be purchased at the bookstore.

- Introduction to the M68HC12 microcontroller.
- M68HC12 assembly language programming.
- Advanced assembly language programming.
- Hardware configuration.
- Built-in A/D converter.
- Serial communications
- Support for fuzzy logic.
- Other hardware features.
